Our highly educated teachers are always taking trainings, college courses and going to group discussions to obtain the best possible knowledge about the stages of development. The teachers at Countryside pursue their obligation of teaching children the fundamentals of life, including independence, cognitive, social and emotional development as well as the academic aspects of learning by continuing their education.

Bonnie Morrison-Director and Owner
Bonnie Morrison received her Bachelorís degree from Keene State College in N.H. in Human Development with a minor in Psychology. She is Director II certified from the Department of Early Education and Care as well as certified in First Aid and CPR.

Bonnie has always had a passion to care for children. She started caring for children at a very young age and then went on to follow her dream by going to college which led to opening her own center.
Bonnie lives in the tri-town area with her dedicated and supportive husband of many years. She has three very energetic boys who keep her busy with sports, band practice, and theatre plays.

Bonnieís long hours at work doesnít stop her from doing the things she loves. Having her children help bake pies, cookies and cakes is something they all like doing together. She enjoys scrapbooking all the good times she has with her family and friends. She still manages to be a dedicated Sunday school teacher where the children look forward to her hands on learning projects.


Kristin Leigh Crippin (K-Leigh)-Director

K-Leigh is working towards her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education at Bristol Community College. She is Director certified through the Department of Early Education and Care as well as certified in First Aid and CPR.

K-Leigh married her high school sweet heart and she is living in the tri-town area, along with her beautiful daughter.

K-Leigh enjoys scrapbooking, singing, baking, and having tea parties with her little girl. K-Leigh and her husband find it relaxing and a great way to spend quality time together by taking long walks around town. She is also a dedicated Sunday school teacher.



Erica Pavao-Lead Preschool Teacher

Erica Pavao is currently taking classes at Fisher College to obtain her Bachelor's Degree in Human Services with a concentrate in Early Childhood. Erica is lead infant/toddler and preschool teacher as well as director certified through The Department of Early Education and Care as well as First Aid and CPR

Erica grew up in the tri-town, where she is now raising two of her own boys. Her boys keep her busy as they are actively involved in baseball, basketball and soccer

Erica loves the outdoors. She takes her boys camping often where they spend lots of quality time together. She enjoys scrapbooking (when she finds some free time) and she loves cooking.


Erin Crabtree-Preschool Teacher Assistant

Erin has taken Early Childhood classes through Bristol Community College. Erin will be infant/toddler and preschool teacher certified in December of 2013 by The Department of Early Education an Care.

Erin grew up in the tri-town, where she is still residing and is also raising her son. When not working, she spends most of her tie with her son playing outdoors

Erin looks forward to her annual family camping trip every summer as she enjoys the outdoors. Erin like to scrapbook. Her favorite foods are Chicken and cookies! Whener you see Erin, check out her nail color...it will never the be the samme. She is changing it every two days


 

Jessica Solimini-Infant/Toddler Teacher

Jessica has taken Early Childhood classes through Bristol Community College. Jessica is infant/toddler and preschool certified through The Department of Early Education and Care as well as certified in First Aid and CPR.

Jessica grew up in the tri-town. She loves spending time with her mom, sister and precious niece.

Jessica is a very active young lady. She loves the outdoors, playing sports, running, going to the gym, cooking and most importantly finding time to laugh, go to church and spend time with her friends.



Amanda Brown-Infant/Toddler Teacher

Amanda has taken Early Childhood classes through Bay State and Fisher College. Amanda is infant/toddler teacher certified through The Department of Early Education and Care as well as certified in First Aid and CPR

Amanda grew up in the tri-town. She spends most of her free time with her son going to the beach and being outdoors with him

Amanda enjoys spending time with her family. She is always cheering on her youngest brother at all his football games and she is sure not to miss her nephew's baseball games either. Her favorite food is chicken alfredo!!!




Cara Wilson-Infant/Toddler Teacher

Cara received her bachelors degree from Keene State College in N.H. in early childhood education and psychology. She is also a member of the education honor society through Keene State. Cara is certified in First Aid and CPR.

Cara grew up in Rochester and continued to after finishing college. She has a loveable jack russell terrier named Spot.

Cara enjoys reading and doing yoga in her spare time. She loves to travel and during the summer she tries to spend as much time as possible near the ocean. Going forward Cara hopes to obtain her Masters Degree in special education.


Katie Parker-Infant Teacher

Katie is infant/toddler and preschool teacher certified by the Department of Early Education and Care.She is also certified in CPR as well as First Aid.

Katie is very close with her family. She has taken multiple trips to Disney World with her mom, dad, and younger sister.

Katie enjoys anything to do with crafts, watching movies, and loves spending the warm summertime weather at the beach. Katie loves to sing. She is on the Worship team at her church as well as being involved with teaching Sunday School.



Elise Mendonca-Infant Teacher

Elise is working towards her associate degree in early childhood education at Bristol Community College. She is Infant, Toddler and Preschool teacher certificated through the Department of Early Education and Care.

Elise is very close to her family, she likes to spend as much time with them as possible. Elise and her mother are best friends. Elise recently got her first apartment and enjoying making it into her home.

Elise loves nature! she enjoys going for nature walks to collect rocks and stones to make into wire wrapped jewelery. She makes them for her friends and family. Elise also enjoys reading in her spare time.



Erin McGrath-Floater

Erin is currently enrolled at Bridgewater State College where she is working towards her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and from there is goign to continue her education and go for her Master's Degree in the same field. Erin is infant/toddler certified through The Department of Early Education and Care as well as certified in First Aid and CPR

Erin grew up in the tri-town. She has three sisters, two brothers, two cars and two dogs. Erin spends most of her free time with her boyfriend

Erin enjoys going to the gym, the beach, concerts, shopping, going out for sushi with friends and of course stopping for that coffee before work.
